Heyz watz up? Im a 14 year old guy that weighs 120 pounds and is about 5.10 feet tall.
I want to know how i can get a six pack in 3 months or at least get toned! im out of school in june 8 so i want to start on the 9th
and also whats my bmi and how low do i need it
im pretty skinny all ready
i dont eat junk food or drink soda anymore :D
i have a tread mill and weights up to 75 pounds and yoga mats
i would like you guys to give me an exercise plan
also a diet
and how long would it take to start seeing results?
