I have gas problems, I'm always changing my diet to figure out if it is coming from my food. (Which I'm obvious its not)
I been eating very unhealthy for the past 4-5 years, I always ate the same exact thing for lunch and dinner.. and something different for breakfast, I rarely changed what I ate but it was mostly the exact same junk food. (Didn't give me gas at home, just in public)
I want to know what type of food I should be eating for breakfast, what I should be drinking, what I should eat for lunch and dinner. I need to know what snacks and other things I should eat, its time I start being healthy for the better.
Whenever I ask people what I should eat, they only tell me what not to eat. "Don't eat cabbage, gives you gas" but I just want to know what I "should" be eating.

First of all, most gas is caused by air intake as you eat followed by the natural digestive process. Yes, there are certain foods which do cause your body to produce gases.
Consult with your physician then a nutritionist.
You truly are what you eat.
Increase you exercises, drink plenty of WATER. not soda, artificially sweetened beverages & even flavored beverages.
Here's a great tip...Before drinking ANYTHING else, drink the minimum eight 8oz glasses of water per day. Once you've done that, try at least 6 oz of dark red full bodied wine. after that if you feel you would still like more to drink then have whatever non-carbonated beverage you'd like!
Ice water with 3 large wedges of lemon do it for me!
