If you lost 15 pounds, Can you give me some input?

I eat 95-100% raw on monday, tuesday, friday, and every other sunday. On wednesdays, thursdays and some sundays i eat around 80% raw. I eat very healthy, mostly fruits and veggies and whole grain breads and some other food groups.
If i eat 1200 calories 5 days a week, One day a week i eat 1500 calories as like a shock for my bodies metabolism and every saturday i just drink water all day to give my body a rest from all the food. I wouldnt fast for weight loss, more for the health of my body.
I exercise 30 minutes every day which burns about 100 calories depending on the exercise i do, except on the day i dont eat anything i wouldnt exercise. I mostly just rest or do very light activities that day.
Will i be able to lose 15 pounds in 2 months or 3 months tops?

i've lost 20lbs and this is what i do i exercise at least and hour everyday i usually do walking on the treadmill or if the weather is good i'm outside. And i eat 1000-1200 calories a day drink tea with no sugar or honey and water.
